Innovative

Signature House is a series of distinctive and innovative villas.

Delta is the first exemplar in the series. Formally inspired by Penrose triangle, architectural design is quite angular that intertwines the dual wings eastwards. The western wall adjoins the dual wings upon the southern corner to the northern eave, forming a seamless continuity.​
